Changing from auto-entrepreneur to a business?

I have been operating as a auto-entrepreneur for the past few years but am considering changing my status to that of a business.
Reasons:
- The maximum earning capicity on auto-entrepreneur
- Not being able to claim expenses/subcontractor invoices
- Wanting to take on an employee at some point
Can you tell me what are the other benefits, negatives and considerations of changing to a business status?
