Changing auto-entrepreneur to SARL or start with SARL?
We are setting up an online bike rental and retail company in France. We are a husband and wife team. We are setting up in a Zone de Revitalization. This is how we forsee our growth:
In year one no employees just ourselves. Turnover of up to 70,000 max in sales. Operating from our home. In year two, operating from a rented industrial unit, Employing 1 to 4 people on a seasonal basis. Turnover around 160,000. Year three onwards, continued growth, we intend to grow and diversify the business.
I see that you can set up an auto-entrepreneur and then change to a SARL, but I am not sure that would just be making it all more complicated and we are in a ZRR. We would be stocking products and selling it so would be charging TVA and paying TVA for large amount of product. Any suggestions?
