Change to Reel Simplifie and claim mileage?

I think I can guess the answer to this one (sadly) but I better check! If I changed from auto-entrepreneur to Reel Simplifie halfway through the year I presume I can only claim the mileage for the portion of the preceding year when I wasn’t on auto-entrepreneur?

I guess my concern is that I can only claim expenss for the 6 months of the year when I wasn’t under auto-entrepreneur. Fair enough but when the powers that be go back to retrospectively calculate my cotisations will they do it on the whole year?
