Change of visa Status to start a business in France

I obtained my APS visa in May and I found an activity but I will be required to work individually and search for clients on my own.
So I am not considered “Salarie”. I am paid on commission basis depending on which products the clients I prospected to buy.
I would like to know if there is any way in which I can change my status as I am doing this activity.
