Change from auto-entrepreneur to EURL or EIRL or SARL?
My husband and I each have our own auto-entrepreneur business in France. However, combined we are each earning more than the limit, and have a lot of goals for growth and hiring employees, etc. We would like to change our legal structure ASAP, and are thinking of combining our businesses together. He’s a private chef and I’m a photographer, but we both work mainly with tourists and have some overlap and often work with the same clientele.
We would like to be able to deduct expenses, hire freelancers and / or employees, and get the most benefits and tax write offs as possible. Can you advise which type of legal structure may be the best for us? And where we go about changing the businesses over? And just so you know, I’m also trademarked in the whole of the EU and would like to (in 3 to 5 years) expand our business in other European cities.
