Change from auto-entrepeneur to travailleur independente?
I created my business as a professionel liberale (psychologist) in January 2012 in France. I had followed all the steps properly (or so I thought) to register as an auto-entrepeneur, so as not to pay the cotisations up front and pay only when I earn. Low and behold, I started getting appel de cotisation from URSSAF.
I have been dealing with them regularly to clarify the matter but it is not until now, almost two years later, that it was made clear to me that they have me registered as a travailleur independente. I now need to radiate this business and recreate a new one as auto-entrepreneur.
That is fine, but in the meantime, I need to pay my cotisations (or actually declare my earnings and cotisations) so that I can finally get reimbursed. What I am having trouble with is how to fill out a DSI and a No. 2035. I do have a part-time salaried position as well. I receive CAF benefits for my children. My husband and I also file jointly. Is there a place to go that can help to properly fill this out?
