CFE Form 1447-c

Hi, I setup my micro entrepreneur at the start of 2017.

I have received an email asking me to complete form CFE1 - Déclaration initiale de COTISATION FONCIÈRE DES ENTREPRISES - 1447‑C

Can I do this online rather than print and post? If not can you point me in the right direction to the correct form. I cant quite work out which one it is.

I have started to complete 1447-C-SD but section a2 is confusing….so I am questionning if its the right form before i persevere.
