CFE and RSI

I would be very grateful for your assistance regarding 2 matters, please.
Firstly, we have registered for CFE for our gites, and my business as an English teacher. We have received the SIRET/SIREN numbers, and have activated our account on-line. We have checked our on-line accounts, and there is nothing to suggest we have to pay CFE. Will we receive a demand for CFE through the post, or on-line? Is there anything further we need to do to?
Secondly, I have received a letter from RSI requesting documentation in order to receive ‘Répertoire National de l’Assurance Maledie’, and it asks for the following:
“La legalisation (tampon certifiant l’authenticité des signatures apposées sur l’acte d’état civil)”
What is this, and where do we get it?
