Carte vitale and returning to France?

I was gerant of an SARL in Lyon for 25 years. The company was declared bankrupt by the Tribunale four years ago. I immediately left France and told the RSI that I had done so.

Since then, I received one communication a couple of years ago about my possible pension rights (I am now aged 60) but nothing else. I now want to move back to France. I have a new activity running websites and I want to declare myself as an auto-entrepreneur. Will my carte vitale etc. just continue as before? What about my pension rights?
