Can you explain RSI and CIPAV taxes and social charges?

I started out as an auto-entrepreneur (conseil en relations publiques, professions liberals) in October 2013 and received my notification de situation from RSI to confirm. I have now received my Declaration trimestrielle de recettes which is requesting activities relevant de la CIPAV. Are these essentially one in the same?

I have registered with net-entreprises and am intending to pay online but, honestly, I’m not entirely sure what I’m paying - are these taxes, social charges or both? I’m assuming that whatever I’m making payment on should cover all my earnings since October 2013?
