To avoid the 3,000 euros extra social charges if my husband joins my business as a conjoint collaborateur (or vice versa) can we both set up businesses in France separately please? There is an adjoining gite to the rooms so we could argue that one manages one and one the other? 3,000 euros is a lot to pay until we’re sure how much money we’re actually going to make.
