Can micro-entrepreneur use “nom commercial” along with legal name in newsletter email?

By law it is obligatory to provide a valid mailing address in any marketing email sent by a micro-entrepreneur. Now, in my case, I have a nom commercial which I’ve not registered with INPI yet but I’ve been using for one year. My customers recognize my products by this name. I want to start a newsletter. My question is, in my newsletter:

Am I allowed to use my nom commercial along with my legal name in the mailing address? Something like a doing business as clause?

Example:

First Name, Last Name etc.
Doing business as nom commercial
Mailing address line 1, mailing address line 2 etc.
