Can I use my CMU-C when I become an auto-entrepreneur?

Having lived and worked in France for many years, I have a carte vitale via CPAM which also covers my wife and children. I also have Couverture Maladie Univerelle Complementaire (CMU-C). I am applying to start an auto-entrepreneur artisan business and realise my health care will be swapped from CPAM to RSI, but will it still allow me my CMU-C, which at the moment expires March 2016?
