Can I offer venue hire (without accommodation)?

You helped earlier in the year regarding questions I had about setting-up a table d’hote. Since then there have been a few complications and I wanted to follow-up.
Our final plan will be to have a barn for guest accommodation and also offer courses and events during the daytime (art classes, yoga, cooking, etc). We won’t teach the courses, we plan to hire to tutors/teachers. We will simply be a host venue.
However, we’ve had delays with renovating our barn to turn into accommodation. In truth, it looks like it’s going to take another year to finish. In the meantime, I wondered about offering the space in our property (garden and other buildings) and recommending nearby gites for accommodation for the time being.
Therefore, could we just become a ‘host venue’. We’d hire the space to teachers and that’s it. If so, which category would this fall under, and what considerations would we have to take into account?
