Can I get funding towards professional business training costs in France?

I have been investigating professional business training opportunities in France, and it seems I should be eligible to receive funding for training costs. As an auto-entrepreneur Artisanale I’ve been paying my contribtution a la formation professionelle; can you give any advice to whom I should present the dossier, i.e. devis from the training company, in order to initiate an application for funding?
I contribute through RSI, but can’t find any info on their website about this.
