Can I add my children on my new carte vitale?

Is there somewhere on the auto-entrepreneur registration form to add on children to the new carte vitale? I have had a carte vitale for 8 years and my daughter has always been on mine. Will she be transferred automatically when my new carte vitale is issued or do I have to make special requests for this to happen?
