Can I add another business activity in France via GREFFE?

I’m registered as a professional liberale with activity code 6202A Conseil en systemes et logiciels informatiques with URSSAF. I would like to add a second activity, Registre Speciale des Agents Commerciaux, but that appears to be with the GREFFE. Is that possible?
