Can an auto-entrepreneur do insurance approved work?

My neighbour put my name forward to her insurance company to carry out the repair and the assessor visited my garage. I checked the vehicle and ordered the parts from the agreed approved stockist. When I invoice the assessor can I add my cotisation charge, plus administration charges which I always add for my day-to-day clients, or is insurance work calculated differently? This would be my first insurance approved work and do not know the procedure, if I am allowed to do this. Please can you advise on my situation before I purchase the parts and find I cannot continue with this type of work.
