Can an auto entrepreneur business invoice UK clients?

I am thinking of setting business up as an auto entrepreneur in France for marketing services. Does this mean that I could invoice UK clients? I have a titre de sejour for France. Also if I wanted to work teaching English to children would I need to set up as something different, or can I do this as an auto entrepreneur as well?
