Can a UK company open a French business banking account?

Do you know if a UK limited company can have a French business banking account without registering the company in France? We have customers from UK who obviously pay direct to our UK account, but our customers in France, Belgium etc would prefer to pay into a French account. This would avoid lots of admin and transfer fees for us too.
