Business structure options when moving from auto-entrepreneur?

I am a photographer registered as an auto-entrepreneur business since 2008. This year my turnover is expected to exceed the auto-entrepreneur turnover limits of the auto-entrepreneur and next year’s forecast seems like it will also be over the limit as well.
When I have done comparisons between auto-entrepreneur and Micro BIC the end result in payment of cotisations is very close. I forecast that my business turnover will be around 40,000 euros and will probably peak around that number. As an auto-entrepreneur I obviously can’t charge TVA to my clients. I want to remain not registered for TVA.
What options are available to me in moving to another business structure in France, where I don’t have to be registered for TVA?
