- Is it possible to backdate the business start date when setting up as auto-entrepreneur? As we’re fast approaching the end of the year, I’m aware of the pro-rata rule that applies in terms of income limit, so I need to be careful to make sure I don’t go over this limit.
- If it isn’t possible to backdate the business start date, is the business start date the date of application? Or when you receive the SIRET number?
