Business registration in France needs residence in France?

Per the answer provided by you here... I went to Dom&Work and asked for a siège social/domiciliation. They replied back saying crystal clear that I need an address of residence in France:
J’ai noté vos remarques et vous confirme que j’ai besoin d’une adresse de résidence en France pour établir le contrat de domiciliation.
I did found an accountant which sent me a quote and all thing nice (online, etc), ready to be signed. And again sent me to Dom & Work to ask them for domiciliation.
As a note I don’t particularly need to be in Toulouse, I can be anywhere I guess (I would prefer in south though), provided I don’t pay Paris-like prices.
