Business registration in France for home and garden services?

I want to set up my business which will be routine home and garden services as mentioned in my previous question, including:

Cutting grass and hedges etc.
Perhaps some very minor landscaping of gardens.
Key holder services including - security visits to unattended gites/holiday homes.
Concierge services - gite cleaning in preparation for new guests.
Home staging in preparation for sale of holiday and secondary homes.

The business will be focused mainly on the garden services if possible.

Where do I find my local Chambre de Commerce, I am based in region 49?
You advised them as first port of call with maybe a call to the Chambre de Metiers. Are these usually located in the same complex?
Also where do I find the site for registering as a micro-entrepreneur online, or can you direct me to a list of their offices?

The business would not be my main source of income as I have a non-taxable UK income.
