I have just started receiving payments via Paypal. I have recorded the payments and PayPal fees on my livre chronologique des recettes et registre des achats on the day I received the payment into my PayPal account. The client has until March 31st to avail of the service. Can I leave the balance in my Paypal account until they have availed of the service? (incase they ask for a refund) and then move the balance to my bank account? Or do I need to move the money immediately to my bank account? (I’m aware that it can take a few days for a transfer to happen and I prefer to have the funds available to refund quickly if necessary.) Any extra info that I might be missing would be greatly appreciated.
