Better financially to open a EIRL or EURL?

I opened a consulting business société à responsabilité limitée (SARL) in France in December 2009. Due to personal problems I have had difficulties keeping up with the administrative aspects of the business, e.g. failing to file on time, have not sent my bilan de formation this year and fear that I will lose my numero de formateur, etc. I would like to start on a clean slate, open just a training business (I currently have three clients). I would like to know if it would be financially better for me to open a new entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée (EIRL) or entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL).
