Best way from non profit to commercial business?

We are a residential mobile home park in Charente Maritime (17) and for the past 3 years been operating as a Residents Association (not for profit). We had an inspection in December 2010 and we have just recieved notice that our not for profit has been removed and they now consider us a commercial business. We started small now our yearly rental income is 100k, so we can see why they have changed us.
Can you advise on the best way forward? Will it be best to close down our association and start a new company and if so which is the best way to go? We have siret and TVA numbers and a few of use have ssn’s so we are looking to be paid for our few hours a week.
