Best legal structure for Web-developer in France
I am a UK born IT web developer now living in France.
I work alone and tend to get long term development/support contracts. So I generally only issue one invoice per month to a single (UK based) company (plus some other, occasional, small IT jobs on behalf of other individuals/companies - maybe 1 or 2 per year). My income is in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
As I intend to stay in France I need to formalise my legal status and want advice on which legal structure is most appropriate for me to operate my business eg micro-entrepreneur, portage salarial etc.
What I am particularly interested in is advice about the pros and cons of each option, eg whether one has more/less legal responsibilities, whether one is simpler or more flexible etc.
