Auto-entrepreneur retirement scheme options?

I’m in Rhone-Alps and have received letters from AG2R La Mondiale and Malakoff Mederic regarding retirement funds etc. I have read some of your answers about this but have a couple of questions.

I understand I need to choose one company or one will be chosen for me - are there only 2 options or is it worth while searching for others?
Does this apply only to my future employees (should I choose to have any) or will this choice affect me too?
How do these companies differ from what’s provided by RSI?
