Auto Entrepreneur Invoicing in other currencies

I have a client who I have invoiced once. They are a global company and the first invoice was for their UK address. My understanding was that I would be paid via their UK wing. Now they want the next invoices to be through the US address but still pay in Euros. I’m just checking that this is Ok from a French perspective.
