Auto-entrepreneur and TVA tax

As an Auto Entrepreneur would I be required to pay TVA tax on my purchased goods. My understanding and the answer I have been given by others is that it is not necessary to pay as an Auto Entrepreneur. Just an income tax of 22.9% as my business would be service based.
