Artisan and conjoint collaborateur
Hi Valerie, we are a Dutch couple who moved to France at the end of last year. My husband is already registered as a photographer at the Chambre de Metiers and I am the conjoint collaborateur, thus we are both covered for health insurance. We recently bought a house with a gîte attached which we would like to rent out (this will be my business). And we would also like to find some work in conciergerie and garden maintenance. I understand I will need to register at the Chambre de Commerce for the gîte rental and if I am correct we can add conciergerie and garden maintenance as extra activities. The question is, because my husband will be doing the garden maintenance, can we add him as a conjoint collaborateur on my business registration, even though he is already registered as an artisan?
