Are there any consequences selling outside France?

My wife intends to setup as an auto-entrepreneur to sell Jewellery, mainly to UK clients on the internet via her own website and Etsy. In the video on filling in the application I noticed a box to tick if you intended to trade outside France. Are there any consequences regarding this?
