Antique shop and cafe - formalities and registration in France

We are moving to the Southern Vendee in France soon and plan to open a retail antiques business with a cafe / tea rooms attached - not sure what category this combined activity comes under and what if any professional bodies we need to advise/register with etc - any help would be most appreciated.
