AE closure and lose Carte Vitale

Hi
I would appreciate your help please.
I am an AE and have a SASU only claiming dividends.
I would like to close my AE as I don’t get any business through it anymore as it is all through my SASU.
My husband is an AE.
If I close my AE and only have divs from my SASU and hence not paying any social charges anywhere do I lose my Carte Vitale ?
