Activities under trade commercant?

I am starting my own label. I design the garments and have my designs made abroad. I will either be selling only wholesale to retail stores or wholesale and direct to customers. In another thread you advised that my activity is considered as trade commercant, because I am buying from abroad,although doing the design, and reselling. Would I still fall under the same activity or additional activity if:

  1. I make my products myself and then resell? or
  2. I have part of the design made abroad and I then finish it here? or
  3. I purchase the fabrics from abroad but make the garment here?
