Could you confirm please that an auto-entrepreneur does not have to complete the Declaration Sociale Des Independants 2013? I have just received one in the post.
This declaration replaces Declaration Commune des Revenus and applies to entreprise individuelle under micro or reel simplifie, not auto-entrepreneurs. If you've been sent this form you can write back to state that you're an auto-entrepreneur.
