Beware of fake RSI calls

I have already mentioned fake RSI invoices and other scams on this blog before. But we are now reaching a new level when fake RSI calls are being made to new entrepreneurs. Regime Social des Independants is warning entrepreneurs not to give their personal details to companies calling on their behalf.

RSI hardly ever calls entrepreneurs directly. More often, it is entrepreneurs chasing RSI for information or explanations on their social charges! So if you do receive a call from a company claiming to be RSI, be extra careful. Ask why they are calling you, and in doubt take their details, offering to call them back later. This will give you time to call your local RSI office and ensure the veracity of their claims.
